We want you to be completely satisfied with Alliances PRO. This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through our website.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every paid subscription to Alliances PRO comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue you a full refund, no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email alliancesprohq@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Alliances PRO account. Please include the order ID or invoice number from your Paddle receipt. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
How Refunds Are Issued
Alliances PRO uses Paddle.com as our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Paddle and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
