Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how you can request a refund for Alliances PRO subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every new paid subscription includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of your first paid invoice and we will refund the full amount.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us within the eligibility window with:
- The email address on your account
- The invoice number or charge date
- A short note about why you are requesting the refund (optional, helps us improve)
Send your request to alliancesprohq@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
3. What Is Not Eligible
- Renewal charges after the first 14 days of paid service
- Add-on or one-time purchases (e.g. extra seats added mid-cycle), unless required by law
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
4. Cancellations vs. Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not, on its own, trigger a refund of past charges. To request a refund, follow the steps in Section 2.
5. Taxes
Where applicable, refunds include any taxes charged on the original invoice and exclude any taxes that are not refundable to us by the taxing authority.
6. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and the changelog at least 30 days before they take effect.
